Clouds of Wonder

These clouds remind me of the clouds in the Bible that are symbols of great power and even the presence of God. The cloud that led the Israelites by day to show them where to go, and the clouds that Jesus will one day return on. When I typically paint clouds, I paint all kinds… sweet puffy ones, ethereal ones, rain clouds… but these clouds are different. They are glorious and powerful and fill me with wonder, and remind me of where to place my hope. In Jesus.
